If you do not provide us with the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services. For example, if you do not register as a job seeker, we cannot match you with suitable employment opportunities.

Overseas Disclosure

We will not send your personal information outside of Australia unless:

  • It is necessary to complete your transaction
  • It is to a third party that we use to assist us in providing our goods and/or services to you

  • We believed on reasonable grounds that the organisation involved would only deal with your personal information in a similar manner to the requirements under Australian privacy laws

Security & Management

We have appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee the management of personal information in accordance with this policy and the Privacy Act.

However, you acknowledge that the security of online transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet or by post at your own risk. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party (including third parties that we are permitted to disclose your personal information to in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws). We use secure methods to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information when it is no longer needed. We will retain your personal information while it is required for any of our functions, or for any other lawful purpose.
